Even just as reliable in terms of the engine and final drive as the Sherman and T-34? I've read on a forum that the tracks of the Panzer's and Panther's threw off fairly easily. Is that true?

@@MotionRC The track's is steel, whereas the allied track's was steel and rubber, German track's wore out about 200 miles and they were probe to slipping off from Time to time. U ⛵ commander. .

You can remedi that doing a new hole inside (where the first suspension ) and you give more torsion . Do this with the first two weels of boot sides

@@javiercordobasomovilla4911 But not if it is the 4th generation of RC models! They already have two holes in the tub (low hull) for the first swing arm, you just have to change the spring left and right from soft to hard. Heng Long has already solved the problem

@@MotionRC do I need to remove the tracks? The smoke generator never worked either i followed the instructions to the letter on priming it but nothing. I guess when I finally disassemble it I can check it out

I agree, and do the same for all their long barrel tanks, like the T90, T72, Abrams, etc. Haya has this feature on their Chieftain, great idea.

Can confirm pantiger on a few forums though not able to really tell. Finally found wat I think is a gen 3 panther from 2015 or 17..... all working besides the gun.

@@dillonpierce7599 As I stated I have never heard it called a pan-tiger although it does have the same suspension as the Tiger 1 (rc model), where as the actual Panther WW 2 German tank had different Suspension which was similar to the actual WW2 Tiger1 but with different road wheel spacing. Find a Picture of real WW2. Panther G and see the spacing on road wheels from drive sprocket to first road wheel.

Heng long made another Panther even tank that is like a Frankenstein between a Panther and a tiger.

The PanTiger is roughly made out to look like the Panther II, which was an experimental tank. It was a hybrid tank and currently is located at the Patton museum. There is a very good video on it here on KZfaq.

Correct and I think there is something wrong with the tiers on the wheels as it looks too rounded when it is quite square actually, I know because I have the original one next to me in my office, not the real Panther unfortunately! Finally, for that price it is really missing the periscope, very noticeable also on the Königtiger as well.

@@thomasjewell6951 it was used and I figured it out 😅 just need the bag of parts with the shovels and stuff in it.

Buttons left and right depressed together should produce the desired effect or depressing right button and left controll lever should work.

Glad you figured it out and keep it,you can weather it add details etc. I have the Russian T-90MBT and I spent some time on it and everyone's opinion is that it is too real looking and some are a little fearful of it. Hen long is NOT a bad Tank just look online and see how you would like to paint and weather your Tank and enjoy it! U boat commander...

The turret and driving can be as slow or fast as you want, just depends on how hard you move the sticks
