The first one is referring to the insanely high rents for apartements in Hamburg. You easily pay a months salary for a rats hole in that city. That container you see in the picture is probably the apartement that weeks rent is for :-D

6:02 - Kiel is the name of a harbor town, but it also means keel (bottom of a ship); letting someone keelhaul was a serious punishment, he may not survive that (drown or get cut by oysters) 6:38 - Essen is the name of an industrial town, but also means food or eating (joke by Atze Schröder - dialog at a food truck: "Hier Essen - dort Mund" ~ literally: "food here, mouth there", but Essen is a town, and Dortmund is nearby; the Ruhr is almost one continuous town without remarkable gaps between them, as pictured at 6:47)

The southern dialects are Upper German, while northern Germans are accustomed to Lower German. Or to the "Saxanion officialese" (Sächsische Kanzleisprache) which is a "koiné language) based on East Middle German with some East Upper German mixed in and became current "Hochdeutsch" or "Schriftdeutsch" (written German) by being used in the Martin Luther Bible. Before that "Middle High German" was used in prose and poetry, which is actually based on Upper German. Bonn was the capital of West Germany before the reunification - they are far in the West, and now it is Berlin far in the East, at the direction of sunrise. But Bonn is still the Federal City, even if not the Federal Capital. The slander in these memes is really intense - and not based on any real experience, only on exaggerating of old prejudices.

The origin of this meme is a malfunction in google maps or Google earth. They lost the data for Bielefeld. If you tried to route a tour, the navi didn't find the entries. So the saying was born: Bielefeld - the nonexisting city.
