mountaindog1 I love following your workout. You have to see my pics yesterday after your chest shoulder workout. At 50 yo you've inspired me. I wanted to do back today with arms but I'm spent after your back workout. You said you do chest and shoulders. Do you do arms with back?

We gotta focus using or learning how to use.... our senses to sense and reactively to circumstances respond best possible to lifting amongst many things. Too much force and buffalo are in the gym these days, when we need more sensitivity, sensationing of the body so to feel body and so to lift accordingly to how we feel and not merely how we look lifting or posing. Express and feel body so to express is key. Sensationing is not emontionaly crap but instead expressing the bodys senses reactively to stimuli need evaluation nonintellectually and nonemotionally. Feel baby, feel in order to respond! Mountaindog, hit me in order to see what I mean and how we can cooporate in order to eastablish all I go on about in trainingvideos etc.

1. Heavy mag safe cable row - work all the way up till able to hit 8 reps, 2. Rack pulls - flex lats, work all the way up till able to hit 5 reps, use wrist straps to push further, belt to protect lower back, bar close to body 3. V grip 3x10-12 reps, done standing with grip at the bottom, stretch your lats fully and squeeze, stand a couple feet away from machine, Pull in towards the navel, elbows back, dont use arms, just get elbows back and flex lats 4. Banded pullovers 3-4x10 5. Shrugs play with the variation - side dbs, front dbs, tilt fwd and side, tilt fwd and front, choose whichever feels best. 3 sec pause at top, 4x12

I wonder if you researched into Vince Gironda's methods as he was a thinker and experimented alot on ways to tincker with exercises to improve on them.
