What I like about the new development is the buildings are not overlapping each other,tall buildings are a thing of the past for recendencial areas. S.A has class world class everything on the hated continent. I love your work guys♥♥♥

Ya liked it?! It was COMPLETELY different vs my usual style. The agent insisted I started off zooming out in between himself & Proverb, so I had to improvise where I would fit in LOL Wish I could say it was all me who came up with that - I was actually inspired by an Enes video! But having said that, perhaps an intro with voice vs just music like what I’ve been doing might not be a bad thing to try out in future videos. Let me look at the stats and see how it affected audience retention having that in place and see if I didn’t scare away too many people 🤔

80bar?no indoor gym, no indoor pool, no helipad, just one big balcony,come on, don't get me wrong the property is very nice,ah!just not 80bar nice, I'd like a detailed breakdown on what the 80bar is for, views?lagoon? 6 bed rooms? Location? security? I could get all that for a lot less in a prime location in Capetown, people when you spend this much on property you have to ask your self if the day you want to sell it ,will you sell it at a loss or profit and how long will it be till you get a buyer

Blown away Mr. X This one I have to watch again and again and again just to immerse myself in the luxury and imagination. Hi Xavier may I ask why we couldn't get to see the whole house? We just saw the main bedroom what about the other bedrooms, the braai area, the technology in the house, the main bedroom doesn't even have a TV stand unless I missed it. There was mention of the base parking and reception area it would have been nice to see it. Does this penthouse have its own jacuzzi area? It's the most expensive penthouse in JHB and we only saw a bit of it. Would it be possible to do a continuation of the house and show us the house in full?.

Very fair question, Jessica. For a number of reasons - that’s perhaps the downside of taking someone VIP along. I honestly didn’t want to go into such details with our special guest, taking him all around all six bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. as the tour would have been too long. Plus, I notice from my stats that a very small % actually watch the entire video to the end once I do it that long, as people “find it boring” for whatever odd reason🤔 Main bedroom suite has that setup as you enter - as the tour guid explained, it’s a matter of personal preference how you’d like to adjust that suite section. No worries - I have a number of other short videos which will show off the jacuzzi with its amazing views (located mid-patio)🥰

80 million I might not have the money but that seems like a bad investment imo You could use that money elsewhere and grow that fortune Then I realise that there is someone who can afford it and the person probably has more money than we can begin to imagine

I hear you - let’s not forget that not everyone likes to live in lifestyle estates, such as Steyn City, Waterfall etc. Some LOVE city-like living in penthouses high above everyone. Each to their own. Whether it’s worth R80mil depends on the above premise - if one doesn’t appreciate that lifestyle, it won’t make sense to pay that sum. Let’s not forget that the penthouse next door at The Ellipse SOLD not too long ago for R75mil… so there’s clearly a market for such real estate. And yes, for 99.99% of us, we’d be looking to invest it. But what if you have a few R100mil already? And tons of investments? You’ll be on a completely different level 🤔 My 2 cents.

PLEASE TELL THE CAMERAMEN TO STOP MOVING SO MUCH. I really do not enjoy this channel’s beautiful content because of the videography. It’s ok to stop and take in a piece and not follow the presenter, you also do not need to pan from high angles with one swift movement. I feel so disorientated every time I watch the content. Slow down
