This Video is not just another staircase walk.. Down the bottom I found myself wanting to explore more than the end of the stairs. For the first time in years I walked unaided from table to table, stairs to etc. Few falls but nothin that stopped me getting back up.. and I ALWAYS get back up!

Mrs.Carter ..thanks mate! Aren't stairs the bane of existence 😉. I'm trying to get my body well enough to climb Sydney Harbour Bridge.. what a head case!
