No lie guys, this thing is a true full body workout, especially when you turn up the leg resistance and use the arm resistance bands!! Within a minute my legs were burning from my calves to my butt, and I was winded!! You can use it on a lower resistance for less intensive workout, making it a great seated exercise for seniors or those with limited mobility.
The classes on the app are a great bonus as well!!! Put it under your desk for a quick workout here and there during your working day, or put it by your sofa so you can use it while watching TV!! A must for any home or office!!!

I’m considering getting one! It’s not just investment it’s a investment in your over all health & well being ! That’s a perfect size. For those who don’t want to spend the $1,000 plus not to mention the room a bigger takes up . If space is at a premium this small one would be a perfect fit ! I was Diagnosed a few years ago with type (2) diabetes. Which it’s reversible which is a good thing. Shedding off pounds would be a plus . I feel this small elliptical would be good asset! To burning off calories & shedding off pounds .

Yea of course! You can control resistance right on the machine, no need for app\wifi unless you want to do the classes or keep track of your workouts
