Ive been doing 20 minute workouts with heavy compound lifts 6 days per week, after 12 years of lifting i can definitely say i am getting stronger and built more muscle mass.

How many sets reps and weight are you doing?

@@chiefkaha5650 3 sets 8-10 reps of the compound and 2 sets 12-15 reps of an isolation is usually 20-25 minutes

I can't wait! I just implemented your recommendation of 20 min Workouts / 6 days a week / 1 Compound Lift 5 sets / Alternating Upper Body & Lower Body days. I knock it out first thing in the morning after a 10 min walk warm-up. This program works so well with my schedule. Thanks guys!

Awesome to hear you guys are coming out with a 15 minute program! I am kinda a beginner and want to incorporate daily exercise/movement into my life, and a 15 minute workout should be just up my alley. Can't wait!! Thanks for all you are doing to get people healthy.

This is me... I'm currently doing Anabolic w/ each workout split in 1/2, but I do daily trigger sessions but ONLY the body parts worked out that morning.

New subscriber here! Came across Joes video a month back and started prioritizing full body resistance training every other day and cycling on rest days. Basically equates to 30 min workouts x 7 days a week. Seeing great results with body composition. Could be just newbie gainz but excited for the future! Will try maps program when hit plateau. Please keep the KZfaq clips coming! ❤

2-3 sets of 15 Air Squats, 10 Push-ups and 5 Chin-ups. Followed by one Compound exercise of 3-5 sets 8-15 reps.

I am also very interested in the shorter workout. I'm a new dad and I started a new career so working out has been hard.

I'm actually doing 10 min workouts and will go into 15 min and then 20. Getting back into it, full body workouts. Push/pull/lower body each day. Push will be heavy, then pull moderate and lower moderate. And I rotate my intensity. Working out fairly well right now. 6 days a week.

In my opinion you should go heavy on the lower body and moderate on the other body parts. That's because our legs' muscles are very strong and they need a better stimulation to grow

I do 20 mins every day. Usually super set every body part and have great results.

Better to ingrain a consistent daily habit even if it’s a few minutes and build on that solid foundation.
