When i first time used this exercise, i just have my facial wash haha... but the facial wash makes me get acne, so i change it Now my skincare routine is Facial wash : Senka Perfect Whip Collagen in (you can use the blue one too but for me the blue make my skin dry) Toner : Dokdo Toner 1025 Essence/Toner/Moisturizer : Cezanne Skin Conditioner - High Moist (This one is really cheap for 500 mL, also multifunction... I use this as essence and moisturizer, it works really amazing for dry skin) Eye Cream : Mizon Snail Repair Eye Cream (But i do not recommend you this one, because i dont really see big improvement, i want to buy other eye cream) *I have Freeman's mud mask but im not use it yet* I hope this help you

I like how gentle you are with your skin. The other videos I watched they stretched, beat up their skin like crazy. I tried those other videos exercise and I notice I loosen my skin, more wrinkle and probably damage my tissue too 😢

Perdon, voy a escribirte en español para explicarme mejor. He visitado muchos canales de yoga facial y masajes faciales, y ahora que estoy en tu canal creo que encontré lo que buscaba. Todos los canales mencionan de ejercer mucha presión en los musculos del rostro, lo cual me provoca desconfianza en como lucira mi rostro dentro de algunos años despues de ejercer tanta fuerza. If you have a serious lymphatic disease, please get professional help. But in world of anti-aging lymph functions as a magical substance, that mysteriously pools in places that give you signs of aging? I don't buy it. Most "lymphatic drainage" is just a weak form of a muscle relaxing massage. The face looks refreshed and lifted, because you massaged the musscles.
