GET IT DONE. Joe Rogan, host of the world's most popular podcast The Joe Rogan Experience, delivers one of the most motivational talks EVER!
The best thing you could ever do is force yourself to a schedule. Just write it down. Like today I have to do an hour on the treadmill. One hour. No matter what. Even if you're ****ing walking. That's today. And don't even crush yourself every day, take some time off, but set those days of the week.
― Joe Rogan

Joe Rogan
Rogan is host of The Joe Rogan Experience, a long form conversation with guests that is one of the most popular podcasts in the world. He has also been a standup comedian for over 20 years, an actor, and the commentator for the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) on Pay Per View, Spike Television, and FOX.
Rogan’s passion for MMA began with martial arts practice at the age of 13. Within two years, the Boston native earned a black belt and soon became the Massachusetts full contact Tae Kwon Do champion four consecutive years. By the age of 19, Rogan won the US Open Tae Kwon Do Championship and as lightweight champion went on to beat both the middle and heavyweight title-holders to obtain the Grand Championship.

Listening to this while working on my very new online store to help me stay motivated. I'm only 26, and I already feel like I've been procrastinating on my dreams for way too long. I've been putting it long research hours every day for the past week or so, figuring out what to sell and how to sell the merchandise. It's still a work in progress, but I'm already way more steps ahead than I ever was and I should start making a decent passive income within a 2-3 months. Listening to these videos helped. Anyone relate?? 🤧

After saying to myself that now is time and coming back to myself time and time again months down the line knowing that I never really took a step forward. Tonight I've made the decision. I'm not going to quit my job, I'm not going to go off the reservation but I've made a real plan and I will put all of my free time into my personal goal because when I really think about it its what I love doing and I want to make it my life. I've made this comment for nobody else. I don't care if anybody reads it. But in a month I'm going to come back to it and post an update. I want to prove to myself that we can make a step forward... Without forgetting we've made it after a month. This is the test. The work begins now.

the goal can be maintenance, which never ends. always be in tip top shape overall rather than look to hit a bench press max or so on. it has worked for me. I have an amazing body at age 45, no TRT either.

You can't rely just in motivation to do stuff, it's better to form habits, be disciplined and have a system in place so that you get things done even when you're not motivated.

Feb 22 I broke my sternum in a car crash Late November and my chest still hurts. But that crash, broke my sternum, I wrecked my van, I lost my business, I lost the band I was playing drums in, the whole while laying down with a heat pack on my chest. Now, I am selling the family home as I can't earn a crust. . Anxiety has taken me over. The stress of selling the home was the straw that broke my mental state I am seeing a psychologist I meditate several times a day. Nothing has brought me up from the despair of selling our home.

It is easy to drift away. Such reminders definitely help. If mastery and masculinity are topics that interest you, I invite you to explore the videos shared on the Mastery Order Channel to challenge yourself with some ideas about manhood and to become the kind of man you would admire. We can only better ourselves together, as men among men, so I invite you to use what I share and, of course, share your own opinions so that others can benefit from them as well. Looking forward to your points of view. All the best to you!
