I find it very well-presented - good points for bringing structure to a drug history and making it as thorough as possible.

this is what a pharmacist does everyday in the hospital for new admissions. Why is it a doctor doing it here? Am I actually doing their job???

its a good basic video that would help junior pharmacists & nurses ….. but I have NEVER seen a Dr write one out in 20 years of practice…!!!!

outstanding training - only seems patronizing to someone who does not know the data around medication adverse events due to incorrect information
