其实系将滴面一部分煎脆左,再同软果滴混在一起,所以口感软脆结合。这个算煎面,不算炒面。

味道应该是可以,菜式也够心思,但卫生情况好像很堪忧,那条抓锅的布...,又黑又破,还沾到锅里的食材,墙壁,灶台角落很多污垢......
