Don’t touch the reigns, don’t lean against my leg, don’t step inside my space, don’t embrace the horse’s head - seems like everyday people think of something else. It’s like a class of very unruly kids.

I was thrilled to see this guard screaming at those ignorant uncaring tourists regarding the Kings Guard official standing! Such lack of respect is mind Blowing😮

It’s about time the officer in command of the Horseguards recognised that some of these ‘tourists’ are in fact agent provocateurs deliberately engineering a ‘photo opp for media. It will continue and possibly increase if not curtailed. Police officers on duty must take the names of such characters and build a dossier or preferably limit the contact that the public has on the horse and trooper on duty. I was recently at Horseguards watching the changing of the guard, behind the bollards, it did not detract from the spectacle. I was appalled at the behaviour of some tourists who ignored instructions and those that had to ‘pet’ the horse.

I really enjoyed this as I get so frustrated when I see all those people taking advantage of a privilege given and they look so shocked when the guards shout. Don’t act like jackasses and you won’t get shouted at.

I actually enjoyed this video! These guards(& horses) deal daily w so many rude & disrespectful tourists. They should speak up more often! Yes, as a tourist it's amazing to see these soldiers & their horses, but so many don't see the connection that these are actually working soldiers! This ridiculous practice of allowing tourists/public near the Horses and the Guards will be coming to an end sooner rather than later. It is becoming too much of a liability.

I can’t understand the pig ignorance of these muppets. Are these for real? Over 50 years ago when I was in the mob, it was all very different and it seems the public were different too. I was shot at, burnt in an explosion, crashed twice in helicopters and endured other shit stuff, but I could never have done what these soldiers do and endure. They deserve a medal to have to endure these apparently brainless fools.

One would think that the signs, regalia, uniform, and shouldered sword would indicate that this is not a petting zoo... yet there you have it.

love this video have seen these separately before I admire all of the guards that politely ask the tourists to leave them, the reins and the horse alone but as per usual the tourist giggle like silly school girls and go back and do it again and the guard shouts, they always look so offended, they are the offensive ones with no manners or respect for guards or horses. Greetings from USA California to be exact. I absolutely love your videos. I came across them last week and they are the best! My husband thought I was crazy at first but then he started watching them too and now he is hooked. Trust me when I say if we ever get the chance to visit we will take pictures from afar because I don’t feel the need to be all up in their business.

It is free to witness these guards and horses on duty so there is NO entitlement or need to get upset or shocked when they want their space. There are NOT there for you at all. Any sane person - even if they have never seen a horse before - must see it is an animal and a big one with big teeth. I am shocked at some parents seen in other videos who blatantly allow their kids to be in harm's way.

I just don’t understand how these guards and their horses have to be subjected to this kinda disrespect EVERY SINGLE DAY. I’m in the US and even I understand these are working military guards, protecting a military establishment for the King. At no time should ANY person non-military be allowed to hinder these soldiers from doing their assigned duty. EVER! There should be a barrier around these guards restricting the public from touching either the horses or guards. Anyone disrespecting the guards or horses should be removed from the premises. It seems that some people have taken touching the reins, entering into the arches or just standing around mocking these fine soldiers, who would lay down their life protecting their King and country, as a test to see what they can get away with. It’s disgusting how some of these tourist act.
