All I can say is the whole dlc is 100% getting nerfed. I have 50 points in health and a good armour set and every single enemy does more than half my health with one hit

Every enemy has a fucking 6-hit combo with EVERY attack doing half your health. Its getting unbearable honestly haha

I was only at 7, I forgot the one in the castle. After getting to 7 though and having the weapons from the base game maxed I only got killed once by a minor character going to get that last one. Not the big guy either, womp womp. A basic with a hammer got me. 🎉 thank you.

Im max level and have 50 resist to almost everything and on top of that radahn rune so 2514 hp and i can tank not much honestly while bosses cant oneshot me they sure dont have a problem with taking me down in about 4-5 attacks which is very alright since half of them are humanoid so i just stunlock them with my 67 poise so I tank 1 hit and they go flying The ghost fire dragons are busted tho idk if im just too weak so far but they have so much hp and they 3 shot me

Hmmm idk. I followed guide got all them but my numbers never increased. Just put a golden color on my weapon power numbers. Maybe its a glitch, maybe there is a cap to how much increased power you can gain. Thinking maybe if your already strong they do nothing....

I am lvl 220, with all original game talismans and weps, I spent yesterday evening doing co-op and experimenting with new builds,(some better than others) helping people fighting twin blade Rellana. Out of maybe 30 or 40 fights, the host died almost every fight, often in first phase, and I was buffing them with golden vow, and erdtree blessing, at the start, then magic fortification at the second phase, and most still died. Given my level, they must be somewhere between lvl 190 and 250, and this is a very early game boss. I was using various builds, but found swarm of flies really successful at wiping significant health from the boss, and even with this, very few succeeded. I admit I am not the best player, but I have completed all the dark souls games and Elden ring, so I guess I must be at least average, and I died pretty often too, and I was getting good at learning his move set!

I love how easily I get smacked around with damage, makes me actually use buffs and stuff 😂

Every single boss and moderate enemies kill me within 3 hits. Never fails.

Im still using a strenght heavy build and im doing pretty wepl also a slow heavy sword...

The recurring theme of the DLC seems to be enemies that can perform infinite combos and never stop moving. In the base game there’s a couple enemies like this but for the most part you have gaps in their combos where you can strike. Every enemy and boss in the DLC pieces you the fuck up.

I have a character in new game +7 and i needed 80% damage reduction to not get killed in a single combo edit: forgot to mention i have 80 in health and i sometimes used a rune arc for morgot rune

I'm seeing a lot of comments from folks dying off 1 or 2 hits here & I can sympathise. Brutal start to this dlc, even the Mausoleum bosses basic bs was punishing me. I at least have some advice, this dlc starts rough mostly by reducing damage dealt and increasing damage received. That is until you find Scadutree pick ups to reverse the punishment. I found 6 or 7 in the starting area alone whilst avoiding combat entirely. Most were near sites of grace & easy enough to grab in a mad dash. Difficulty massively reduced after that and im progressing smoothly after exacting vengeance on some fools. Its definitely tough but also fair. Nothing near Melanias level of disgusting so far.

The player base complaining and eventually leading to changing is pretty sad. People just rush bosses and don’t figure this stuff out and say the game is too hard. There’s new mechanics, new items, new power system. You can’t just ignore that and base your experience on this.

I've found pot heads in the camps so you can get stronger than this video shows by a lot. At least getting to 10 power level on your blessing maybe even a lot more before fighting anything too strong

The knight in the castle wasnt really that difficult. his attacks threw off on the first attempt. got it on the second. Rellana however, f*cked me over quite a few times. less than 10 I think but still. Tiche couldnt really help with Rellana though :( first time that has happened I think.

I’m level 468 and getting dunked on by these enemies.

Have only died once the stats are important and abundant. So explore if your having difficulties enemies are very spaced take your time and enjoy the lands and relax. This is a new experience we are suppose to be fresh and struggle. You won't be able to take everything head on but black flame protection will middigate some damage early.

Im at +5 and am still getting ass blasted😭

I destroyed every single boss in the dlc with my faith build my only weakness is getting grabbed by shadows 😂

The new area is _brutal_ even at lvl 393. They're most likely going to drop some nerf patching soon.
