I can only imagine how much u went through, can totally relate been depressed and ate away my feeling gained 40lbs, hated myself for it because my horrible marriage. However after the divorce and started to love myself again, I am happier than ever, and lost most of the weight, the most important part is I know how to love myself again! You go girl, I will definitely support you!!❤️❤️❤️

I started following you 6 almost 7 years ago now when I was going through chemo for breast cancer at age 32. Your videos were a wonderful distraction and helped me learn how to put on eyeshadow to make me feel less self-conscious after losing my hair. I'm cancer free now, but have continued to watch you because you have always been so fun to watch! It's amazing how much you have no idea how much you can help someone that you never met. I never comment, but you are right, I should comment when something is good! I do it in person, so why not here too! You will get through this. I look forward to seeing you more 😊

Jaclyn we hear you and empathize. I spent all of December in my home not being able to leave due to anxiety and depression... The mere fact that you have made this video shows your faith and strength that you can do keep going and come out the other end of this. Sometimes we forget how strong we are and just need a reminder. You are Strong.

I’m so sorry that you’ve been struggling with depression etc. I feel you and I can’t stand the amount of criticism and anger that is on social media as well. To be honest, I got real emotional when you talked about the meaning behind your weight gain. I’ve watched you since the beginning and I genuinely love and hope you are able to find peace in your life and your soul. Depression and anxiety are a very real thing. It’s no joke. I needed this today. 2019 was the worst year of my life. I battled an addiction to pills to self soothe my severe anxiety/depression and my fiancé walked out on me. My anxiety got so bad and the stress of it all actually caused me to start passing out and having seizures. I lost my job, my license, and my life essentially. I have never felt more alone. After an overdose I really valued my health. I got clean, and started taking college classes. I’m honestly not great, but I’m alive and healthy. I will get there and so will you. Love you always.

I am so sorry to read this! Take small steps: one day at a time, one good choice after the other. I would like to give you a little advice...if I may.... Don't pay attention to anyone who thinks your life is a mess or not good enough or that you are not making enough progress. Only YOU can know how much it costs you to take the smallest of steps to imroving your life, only you can know how many of these battles you have won & how hard you fought. Give yourself credit for little victories and make them be your joy. Rooting for you.

I am the same as you...February 28th will be my 5 years clean off opiates and I'm telling you if I can get myself out of those grimy nasty streets and into the life I have now trust me you can! I'm sorry about your relationship, I was in a very toxic relationship in the past...abusive, toxic, he was an alcoholic/addict and I was also an addict but I had to reach rock bottom...like two miles further down from rock bottom to realize what I needed to do. and now I'm engaged, and a great job finally. I know it gets hard and you want to give up...your anxiety tells you what's the point...but there is a point and you are important. I will say that through my recovery my anxiety and panic attacks have gotten out of control so I started a routine with cbd oil and it has helped me tremendously because I didn't want to go back to a pill for a fix because I know it would trigger my addict brain and it has helped so much.... but much love and support to you and to anybody out there who is struggling, know someone who is, and all the ones weve lost along the way.....🙏🙏❤❤ if anyone needs anyone to talk to I am always here to listen no judgements just openess and love....always ❤❤❤❤

I know I’m 3 years late, but I recently came across you again and had to come to these videos because I’m dealing with the same severe anxiety & depression. I’ve struggled with alcohol abuse for years which made me really puffy. Once I got sober (6minths now! Wooo!) I turned to binge eating and I gained like 35 pounds in the span of like 6-8 months. I’m so unbelievably insecure and hate myself for letting myself get to this point. I haven’t posted anything on social media because I don’t look the same as I did last year. I’ve completely gone ghost, went to rehab, then moved away because I didn’t want my hometown bigger group of friends to ever come across me and see how much weight I’ve gained. So thank you, so so so much for sharing these videos. You’re making a MASSIVE impact on my life already. I feel heard and can relate to someone I used to watch when I was younger. and now re-look up to again, for a whole new deeper level. Thank you for being you. I’ll be along with you during this journey because I need someone I can trust and look up to so I know it can get better ❤

Jaclyn, I am so sorry to hear everything that you have gone through. When you mentioned your make up line and how it flopped then you started to self medicate with alcohol It really hit a cord with me. I never got paid any royalties from my make up line, I was so badly managed and it gave me the worst anxiety and depression then I took time away from my KZfaq channel because like you I just couldn't handle to anxiety around filming. I had become a shaking nervous wreck. I lost my home in the middle of all that which made me feel like the biggest failure ever. I never drank alcohol and then one day I had some and realised it numbed my anxiety and took my my mind off the failure I felt I was. I have gained so much weight because of the it too. And like you said the weight represents a bad thing, its not normal happy eating weight. I am trying to find myself again and I should have gone to the doctors for help too but didnt. Sorry for the long comment and I understand you'll probably never see this comment but I just had to tell you that you are not on the own feeling the way you do and my heart goes out to you. I hope that you get the help you need through therapy. You are beautiful inside and out. Take care, Lauren x Oh & P.S i totally tell people if I think they look fab or if they do something great. Right out of high school I fell into a deep depression and suffered from severe anxiety. I gained like 50 pounds and felt even more shame and less my self than ever. I crawled out of it eventually, it’s possible. When I started to work on my mental health, my physical health followed. Not that the weight matters, but I eventually lost the weight as my mental health got better. I related to you in this video. There’s light at the end of the tunnel. ❤️

It’s just something that regular everyday people will never understand. I think people are jealous. I'm 24 and After 7 years of heroin and crack addiction I got clean. I just finished 93 days in rehab and I NEVER thought it would be possible for me to feel happy and whole without drugs, since before drugs I was so unhappy. But the power of therapy, finding self love, mediation. All the things to become whole truly do work. And now that I'm where I'm at its so crazy to me that more people don't do these things. I'm so happy for you getting better within, you clearly have a good heart and it's so horrible now nasty people are online. You deserve the world Know that 💜

I can really relate to your story in this video. In 2019 my anxiety and depression caught up to me causing me to have a mental breakdown and I ended up losing my job of 5 years because my anxiety and depression wouldn’t let me leave my home. I was also drinking and taking diet pills in order to keep up before the breakdown. I’m now in therapy, meditating, and taking medication. I have gained 30 pounds from the medication but luckily I stopped taking Zoloft and I’m on something else and slowly but surely my body will be back to normal. Thank you for sharing your experience! It’s great to know that I’m not the only person suffering from these issues. I wasn’t a follower until just now.
