My younger brother had half his head grey at the age of 15 he started to use henna regularly and you wont believe that now after 3 years i couldnt find his grey hairs. So use henna regulary and be patient it will work for those who are suffering from premature greying. Good luck

my hair started turning grey when i was in 7 std. seriously i saw when i eat enough protien i get that grey hair start growing black. I am 32 now and i have many hairs who were grey and now they are growing black Alhamdulillah. I would advice you that take enough protein, iron and zink in your diet. eat iron and zink supplements. Eat amla as much as you can. If you get fresh amla make juice of this with other vegetables. If you don't get fresh in this season eat amla murabba or amla powder. Eat amla murabba in morning first then eat or drink anything. It will work for you in sha Allah. and if this works reply after 6 months or one year :)

Elizabeth is correct about using Turmeric with curcumin. I know the topic is how to combat grey hair, however, Turmeric is worth mentioning. Check out naturalcures. There are so many things this product and stop and or put at ease some illnesses and treat the side effects of toxins in your body. I experienced same problems as Elizabeth did with my skin. Turmeric put that in check. I have MS. That itself comes with many other issues. Turmeric helps with inflammation (I am allergic to steroids, Aspirin and other NSAIDS. If you have oily skin and scalp as i do coconut oil is the worse thing to use, i do not recommend doing this. If you have dry scalp and hair then this would help.

Damn I just put color on my gray hair and washed right before watching this video which came up in auto recommendation. Well I guess I will try this easy remedy a month or after seeing other people comments about their experience. I heard about amla long ago when a nutritionist approached me at the bus station and after asking my age (I was teenager) and asked to use amla along with couple other things (which I forgot now) to wash my hairs. It did not help me though may be I was not using as I should.

If this doesn't work, I recommend the next best solution. I bought a can of black krylon spray paint from home depot and sprayed my hair. The grey is completely black now and all the grey is gone. Don't believe me, try it.

A 2000 yep, same age I got it too...... Maybe you try using an oil - procedure: boil normal coconut oil, add some sliced onions, sliced Amla into it, turn the gas off after it is boiled , then let the oil cool down until it's fully soaked...... Filter the oil , then the Oil is ready.... Apply this oil daily at night and wash it in the morning with shampoo for 7 days..... You'll see (some) improvement...... Am also trying it....... After 7 days is over, try another 7 days.... Keep trying..... You'll see some improvement..... Then, eat more greens and fish for better results....... Am also sad by my grey hairs in this young age.... Am also trying this procedure..... You can also try it dear...

There is no way you can reverse grey hair ... Its mostly hereditary with other resns which only accelerate .. All you can do is to slow down the new grey hair production ... No way to reverse unfortunately !!!

I dnt knw about this but you can ise habiscus oil and powder and curry leave oil. They are helpful but it takes times and uh have to take care of your hair. Like oiling your hair 2-3 times a week and save it from pollution. I am doing the same thing

Just because that did not work for you, doesn't mean it won't work for anybody.. Every person is unique and lives in a different environment. It will work for some, some others it won't. Each one has to find the best way for themselves. Be patient, try other ways.

Robert L, that's pretty much the excuse everyone gives when they give a formula that doesn't work. So much bullshit about grey hair and baldness out there. People just repeat because they wish it was true and it's similar to those jinx chain letters that tell you to forward to 10 people or else you will die. Nobody tells you to forward to 10 people, but people naturally want to believe so they defend the bullshit cures hoping that somehow their belief will naturally cause the formula to work for them. It's really weird human behavior, but it shows how naturally superstitious people are and also how natural the tendency to think belief / faith will create miracles. No wonder every culture worships different gods so fervently despite all evidence their beliefs are bullshit.

I always thought if you had grey hair it was hereditary and/or a lack of minerals and nutrients within the body. I've heard that ingesting a spoonful (daily) of blackstrap molasses works. I don't know about treating it externally.

Natural remedies take longer than 7 days. Perhaps every other day for a few months along with healthy diet, plenty of water, and exercise. I will begin the regimen next week with amla powder because pure amla is difficult to find in my area.

+Navneet Kaur natural remedies take longer than 7 days. Having a healthy diet, plenty of water, and exercise will work wonders. Making a paste of the above with dried amla, black walnut powder, leaves of curry, sage, nettle, and rosemary is top notch for black hair. Applying at least twice a week for half an hour to an hour then rinsing with cool water will work wonders. Remember though that this is natural and must be done regularly. Its more like a rinse and the more often the darker the hair becomes. Try it and begin your natural hair journey. As you practice you will get better and be able to form your own remedies. did not work as shown, that is less than 1 onion and more than 2 gooseberries, onion soaked up all the coconut oil, nothing to strain

This doesnt work for 7 days... or even 7 yrs... Hair once greyed off is grey thats it.... u can reverse the grey with lot of intake aswell
