This is a great 15 minute workout that can be done anywhere and especially in the comfort of your own home. No equipment is needed, just a will to do some exercise and to prefer you for you ski holiday.
3 rounds of 5 exercises.
45 secs work
15 secs rest
Total of 15 Mins
Exercise
1. Squats or jumping squats
2. Lunge with a twist
3. Side Lunges
4. Bicycle
5. Up/Down plank
This is great for general fitness with some focus on the legs in the first 3 exercises and focus on the core in the last 2.
Exercise will maximise your enjoyment on the slopes and will also prevent injury.

The simple answer to this is regular exercise. Lots of mobility. I use GOWOD for mobility and exercise daily. Got to keep the body moving.
