Max Planck institutes (MPI) offer fully funded research internships for bachelor degree, masters degree and PhD students. An overview of the MPI is given and some tactics for getting these coveted summer intern jobs is pointed out. The internships are available in all fields including science and technology, mathematics, social sciences, humanities, law and medical sciences.

Hi! I graduated with a bachelor's in physics four years ago and have been working as a data scientist since then. I'm really interested in the computation internships at Max Planck. Do you know if it's still possible to apply even though I've been out of school for a while?

Hello Dr. ganguli.. I have applied for the post doctoral position in Max Planck institute and i have cleared first round of interview online. Now they are asking for an in-person interview in the second round. So i have never heared of this kind of recruitment process.. So should I consider this opportunity.. Kindly reply.. It would be of great help Currently am pursuing my Ph.D in India

Looks like a good opportunity. They should pay for the travel costs of the in person interview. When you are called for an interview on campus they typically pay for the costs. It is certainly a good opportunity and to have made it this far in the process will mean that the likelihood of success is quite high.
