I cannot put into words how much this resonates with me,especially right now. But I don't think it really matters because so many people understand anyway.

I like how he doesnt cry when he‘s talking about the suffering of his daughter, even though you can hear on his voice that he tries to hold it back. But when he talks about the sparkly lights in dark times he lets it out. I come back to this everytime I‘m having rough times as a reminder.

I’m struggling with extreme physical pain right now. This helps.

I am an 18 year old male with a chronic condition which makes my quality of life absolutely miserable. I am socially isolated as a result of the condition and it is pure hell. But I will live and die by what I said I was gonna do, that is going on, passing this semester, even with all the pain and misery. It is a invisible handicap so people make fun of my weakness/disability which is talking properly. I am ridiculed, seen as a victim, totally and utterly destroyed as a person but I won’t give in to the pain and hell. I’ll keep walking even when I can’t, I will crawl.

So motivational I lost my grandma a week ago and I’m so grateful for life and the experience of everything🙏🏾

Well, that's exactly what my life is right now mostly and I can feel all he said in the fullest extent but I still believe my life is not a hell, it is just characterized with unbearable suffering to lead me towards a glimpse of light and hope some day. I wish all of the people get through these tough and unbearable moments.

HOLY SHIT This video i feel like TARGETTED towrads me and my situation right now, ive been chronically ill for 11 months in 3 days from now after my first p f z ja b and never been the same. it took me ten months to finally get a cardiologist to run the tests to give an actual diagnosis, for my constant never ending daily chest pain, MYOCARDITIS and PERICARDITIS. this is ontop of all my neuro and other issues i still need to investigate. its like long c ovid but on steroids. honestly, when jordan was talking about his daughter with the RA and unable to walk i felt so much deep connection instantly, i didnt know hed touch directly on severe illness and disability of life so quick in this video and im so glad i found this video. i have shortened my timeframe as he said to legit just "today". it may have taken me 10 months but now i know its not in my head and i can try to continue to live my life somehow around it, whilst losing all my job and interests, but still. My sustaining thing is being able to breathe clean air and my girlfriend at this point in time, family has let me down etc so i cant comment on that front. friends have too. sigh. sorry for vent. good luck everyone stay positive please.

We need the sensation of pain to let us know when our bodies need extra care. It's an important signal. When we sense pain, we pay attention to our bodies and can take steps to fix what hurts. Pain also may prevent us from injuring a body part even more.

The hardest thing to do is take the first step but it must be done if you want the end goal!

It is easy for us to believe that when tough obstacles hit us throughout our journeys of achieving a goal, that it becomes overwhelming to us and makes us feel as though it wouldn't be possible to achieve it. But the truth is that obstacles are meant to help us grow and lead us towards our destination, not farther away from it to the point of which they cannot be achieved. You may think to yourself that in understanding how overwhelming your situation may be, that it is only making your circumstance worse to the point of giving you a message to simply give up but that isn't the case. It's only there to help you grow in character so that you can reach your destination. I will leave it to you in this note: if you give up on yourself, you are giving yourself a reason for not deserving the reward in the first place to have a fulfilling life in general.
