Assalamualikum Mr & Mrs. Saleh I need a little advice from y’all. So 2 months back my friend approached me for a marriage proposal. And I kind of have the same feeling. He doesn't follow any of the religions but originally he is a Christian and is willing to change his religion. How Should I go with it? I am really scared to tell my parents about it. Islam is very peaceful. Do not get a negative image of it. If you convert to Islam, the first thing you have to learn is how to pray all prayers five times a day and if you are a girl, you have to practice wearing Hijab and covering clothes. After that, you need to practice fasting and giving charity to the poor if you have money. Then, when you are good with that, you can start digging more into Islam and learning more about it. While you do your research, you will find that Islam is very peaceful :) might Allah guide you guys to the right path🤲🏻🤲🏻🤲🏻🤲🏻

I've be curious about that too. Obviously, if someone changes course from what they were raised, I can understand the awkwardness in the transition, but that just takes time, communication, and most importantly, love. If he was my son, I'd be proud. He seems like the type that though his parents may have different beliefs, as I would if my son chose this path, he seems so respectful of differences in beliefs and opinions across the spectrum. Plus I'd LOVE to have a daughter-in-law as sweet as Sana is :D (sorry if I spelt the name wrong)

As a Christian from the Southern United States I’ve only gotten to meet one Muslim family my entire life and about five or six Jewish friends and family’s. So, as a result I know a lot more about the about the religions of Christianity and Judaism . Loved this video and getting to know more about you both! Found you guys by accident when one of your shorts came across my KZfaq feed - perhaps because of some algorithm triggered by a television program I watched (in which Islam played a major role). I am always so pleased to see parents who homeschool their children. So many, many things that children learn in public school that can only hurt and confuse them. Especially when mom and dad live a life that society doesn't necessarily understand or support (IE faith). I homeschooled all 3 of mine, and they are now well adjusted, adult, contributing members of society. My daughter is, in fact, a social worker. Thank you so much for the wonderful, uplifting videos.

@@sj3442 ah... kad bi sve bilo tako crno ili bijelo, gdje bi nam bio kraj... kako bi bilo lakse zivjeti - ali imamo cijelo to sivo podrucje i prostor sa milion boja... razumijem zasto imas takav stav, ja generalno imam takav - da je drustvo jako opresivno prema zenama... zastupljenost u politici, rukovodecim pozicijama, pitanje abortusa, koliko katedri drze zene, i ako imaju sve to, koliko su manje placene itd its... ali ajde da ne mijesamo religiju i kulturu podrucja na kome se upraznjava ta religija... npr... obrezivanja djevojcica nije samo problem islama, to je problem i krscanski, i mnogobozacki, jer se veze za plemenske rituale... ali danas se u drustvo o tome govori samo u kontekstu islama... nije fer... all or nothing... ah, raspisah se ja, da si gdje blize pa da se kafa popije... stay healthy, and always smile...

🙋🏽‍♀️Massachusetts!! I can relate to the home schooling. The one thing i can appreciate from 2020 is the fact that my kids are home i also have 2 (7,12)

All the way from Malta here! Love your videos! They are truly inspiring. They show how people from different cultures and beliefs can get along so well. It's a good reminder that everyone are their own persons and that one should not be judged based on something someone else does in their name. :) Keep the good work up guys you're making a difference! Edit: i am christian but other religions interest me a lot. I find them facinating.
