Whew! This video 🔥 the shadow is NECESSARY!! I “officially” started my journey in 2019 and it was UGLY but the other side was so peaceful. Like you said, it never goes away but I understand how to identify my triggers and reframe the story. I still have plenty of work to do 🙏🏾 great video and thank you for your transparency 💫
