Feedback is the worst thing ever. Don't let people give you feedback, people never give you a honest feedback, it is always biased, people tell you to do what they want for themselves, they don't care about you and your personal growth, if you grow you are a threat for them, nobody wants you to become better than them, so they don't give you a honest feedback to make you grow.
