You end up more likely to abuse others or in situations where the abuse perpetuates unconsciously… you have to unpack these things and deal with them many don’t even realize how badly impacted they are from their past

@@dd4run it is always a choice however when u finally realize the reasons for your choices why you were drawn to them subconsciously… you can then Consciously take the step to make the right choices and correct your path. Again if you were taught or developed one way through experience to do something for your entire life, how would you know it’s wrong? What about why it’s wrong? And then, how long will it take you to relearn and adapt to a new way after?

You can tell from the what the mother shared that her daughter and her partner, and the things they've done, have brought drama and trouble to their door, and momma went into protection mode. I truly think that she put herself on the line to protect and combat for her child. You can't ask for the beast to be released for the fight and then want it settled after the attack. Like she said some things we have to handle on our own, and she needs to let her daughter handle and sort the mess that she makes, and mom just needs to pray for her protection and share her love and guidance but allow her to walk that walk. Sometimes children need to learn the hard way and the results or faults of their actions.

That’s still not an excuse for how she treated her children , she probably did the best she could but it wasn’t enough her children needed more that what she could give them and then she also gave them trauma as well and it shows in Malikas behavior,the way she speaks to her children is a result of her past trauma and she needs to own up to that as their mother and apologize those kids don’t owe her anything because at the end of the day she made those she was the parent In the situation and if you wanted for your kids you should’ve did better instead of blaming for the way that they are.

This episode was AMAZING! I have total respect for the mother because she has been through some rough stuff for her kids and to protect her children and she not the type to just let some shit go! I feel her mom!! Me & my mom don’t have the best relationship but she’s definitely going to be there FOREVER! And the fact the daughter wouldn’t let her mom TALK at the beginning shows a lot. She didn’t want her mom to tell what was really going on. The daughter and her “fiancé” done had to stay with her mom & some more stuff. Not on the streets, but with her MOM! I’m so happy the mom was able to tell her side, you’d think she was a monster listening to the daughter.
