A heavenly restriction is the only binding you don't consciously do yourself even though it only affects you. It's like before you are born your jujutsu-cards get mixed and then "you" draw your deck. Toji however took no jujutsu-cards and in return received all physical buffs. Kinda like "I here by forbid myself of ever using cursed energy for in return my body can manifest all physical potential" but the important part is that you don't actively take anything. You could say that the heavens is the one deciding if you receive cards.

i remember u saying something ab toji being the full power of a zenin. this is kinda true but also not ill summarize. the zenin are a clan of sorcerers, toji was born a zenin with a heavenly restriction of physical prowess. this normally takes someone who has the potential to be a sorcerer and reduces their cursed energy levels to the amount of a normal human(this is what maki has) toji is a special case and the one and only where it takes his cursed energy to complete 0 making him extremely strong. the zenin cherish jujutsu above all else and have beliefs somewhat similar to geto but less radical. this led to both toji and maki being ostracized due to their inability to use jujutsu. makis case is also special but also not. she was born a twin and cursed energy treats twins as the same being which lead to makis body having 0 ce but since her sister mai exists and has their ce it still counts maki as having ce too making her an incomplete version of toji which is why she is so so so so so much weaker. in the first episode when fushiguro saw yujis strength he thought he might have a heavenly restriction similar to the level of makis on the other end of heavenly restrictions is mechamaru who is an inverse of maki. born with a nearly useless body in exchange for incredible amounts of cursed energy.

Toji didn't make a pact. It's called heavenly restriction because it's from birth. He was born in the Zen'in clan, which is one of the 3 top sorcerer houses. Toji was born with 0 cursed energy, but a superhuman physical body. It can be the other way around, like Mechamaru, who had a ton of cursed energy but a weak physical body. Maki has the same heavenly restriction as Toji.

All humans have cursed energy runnig through them. Some people are born able to perceive them (Ijichi-san and Nitta-chan, the "windows" aka the ones working as the information for the Sorcerers Society, are examples of it) Sorcerers are people capable of USING that cursed energy. As Gojo said, a sorcerer is 90% talent because they're born with a cursed technique that helps them channel the CE into a phenomenon. On an additional note, Junpei was able to perceive it too, so he had potential as a window like Ijichi-san. Howver, an interesting detail: Mahito used his CT to alter Junpei's brain sk he can use a cursed technique. This means that the difference between a "window" and a "sorcerer" is their brain. The brain one's born with is what allows them to use a Cursed Technique and actually hse C. Energy. Geto wants a world with only windows and sorcerers so normal humans don't produce curses. Keep in mind that he has to eat thise things (which taste like actual shieeeet) for the good of the people making them to begin with, all while losing his fellow sorcerer friends. Him losing Haibara was the final straw towards him thinking dem 🐒 should go, but didn't want to actually do it until he saw in person how curses were born as the kids possoble sorcerers, siffered while at it. That made him snap and burn the village, then offed his parents to firmly cement his aim to end normal humans for the good of humanity. They do have cursed energy, every human has cursed energy unless they get a heavenly restriction which they cannot create as it is forced upon birth. Other than those you pretty much have it correct
