1 tbsp olive oil
5 cloves garlic
1 small ginger cut into strips
1 tsp sugar
A pinch of salt to taste
Ground black pepper
For the sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp water
