The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will visit Nigeria next month after Harry attends an event in the UK.
He will attend a ceremony marking the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games at London’s St Paul’s Cathedral on Wednesday May 8, though it is not known if Meghan will join him.
The couple will then head to Nigeria after being invited by the west African country’s chief of defence staff, who met Harry in Germany last September at Invictus Games Dusseldorf.
The Invictus Games was founded as a sporting event for injured and sick military personnel and veterans.
The couple will meet service members and their families, and participate in traditional cultural activities, Nigerian media reported.
Other details about the visit are not yet known.
Royal commentator Kinsey Schofield: “They quit this job! I’m offended at the thought of any idea of a ‘mini royal tour’.”

I understand that parliament needs to do that and King Charles has to sign off on it, but they really need to get the ball rolling on this. Without the titles, they are nothing. A little 1 i made up last night . Now this is a story all about how my life got flipped, turned upside down. And I'd like to take a minute so I'll give it a go. I.ll tell you how I'm a Prince living in montecto. In glorious London I was born and raised. In a Palace is where I spent most of my days. Chilling, relaxing acting a fool. The licence plate said royal and it had a crown in the mirror. We made stories about speeding and a hectic car chase. And my Mrs joined in and made false claims of race. We pulled up to the mansion about 7 or 8 and I laughed at the driver we'll tell lies about this later. I eyed up my kingdom and became twisted and cruel. My wife is narcissistic and I am a fool. We went all out with Oprah spreading all our rude trash. Even made deals with Spotify to earn us some cash. Now my wife likes spending money and mix with big names. She likes to cause trouble and play vicious games. We hoped that the public would believe what we said. It's OUR truth NOT the real truth but just what's in our head. Our friends had their uses and we took what ever we could. But some worked us out and sensed we were up to no good. My wife likes to travel and buy fancy clothes,so with netflix we told stories and sold out our souls. We bought our awards cause we wanted good press, But the truth is coming out and it's causing us stress. With pap's now on speed dial cause wifey likes to be seen, She hoped for a MIRACLE so she could become queen. So red carpets are laid out and people would curtsy and bow, We're a GINGER and WHINGER with 2 kids in tow. Now our hopes for the future didn't quite go to plan. Because now we are rejects just selling JAM .

And why travel to somewhere known to be quite ‘unsafe’ when Henry is so scared and frighted even going to the UK (so he says). I don't know if King Charles and or Parliament should be speaking to the Nigerian Embassy and telling them plainly it is "NOT a Royal tour" and that Harry and his wife are not allowed to be addressed as HRH as they were put in abeyance by the late Queen Elizabeth. This tour is of their own making not sanctioned by the Palace or Parliament. Certainly Nigeria shouldn't be hoping that the UK will be helping with expenses.

I agree with you Kevin BUT it all went downhill when his wife entered into the picture and made it all about her . The latest being when they came to Vancouver. We never saw , even one , veteran interviewed , or found out who won what . It was all about her clothes, the costs to Invictus for travel accommodation, meals, clothes , and speaking fees . Yes we saw Harry playing on a toboggan , but no veterans . Lots of donations have been stopped because of her.

Why is no one in the media pointing out that it is a mathematical impossibility for Meghan to be 43% Nigerian? Doria, her only parent of color, would have to be over 93% Nigerian for that to be true. Doria is a mix of black, white and Hispanic. At the most, Meghan is 1/4 black. A genealogist would be able to disprove this quite easily. I wonder why no one is questioning?
