Lol well ... A lot of people died because cops arrested people who had medical conditions... Not everyone can just knows what conditions they have... That is why there are test done in the hospital.. I am just saying Some times there is more to it than what meets the eye... If you were in that position and didn't drink and was accused by a machine saying that you were drinking... I know you would want to know what was going on or what made the machine go off ... if this person didn't do it then why not defend himself .. if I was being told I was doing something I wasn't. I would like to defend myself too and figure out the reason of why things happen the way it did

For me, this is true and I'm forced to use a Cpap machine or I can't drive a truck. High-carbohydrate foods: high-carbohydrate meal is more likely to cause you to feel sleepy than a low-carbohydrate meal. Avoid foods and drinks that are high in processed sugars and starches-like sweets, juices, and white bread. These may cause your blood sugar to rise quickly, increasing your risk of tiredness.

Hey neighbor! I’ve been driving for 20yrs(since 2003) I’ve been in some crazy wind conditions. I was recently empty going through Pennsylvania with 50mph gusts. Yes the wind does push but I was able to keep my truck in my lane. There is no way the guy you showed in this video was 80,000 lbs. I’ve talked to others drivers in my group and all agree that the man that hit those bikers was probably on his phone. I will say that because of accidents like this, it won’t be long and insurance companies are going to require cab facing cameras. Today’s drivers just don’t pay attention.

Alex...Remember before u are asked to preform a breath test u will preform a field test..if u fail the "roadside" test u are asked for a breath test. Plus "very important" u will have answered several " questions" that answer how much alcohol u have consumed. So no no no bread does not get u a DWI unless it was a lot of Rum cake or Rum bread. The trick with bread can be easily explained away in court.

I see why Canada wants to do the breath during the traffic stop. I tried it myself eating 2 pieces of wheat bread and it bactrack shown a .015BAC. I waited 5 minutes and it back to 0.00.

Yes, the wind can blow you over. However, you need to make immediate adjustments, such has; hitting the hazard lights and to lower your speed. It seems that in both videos neither one of the drivers made an attempt to slow down.

I encounter a lot of over size loads on the I-20, delivering mobil homes, here in Abilene, TX. Is it okay to pass them on this 2 lane interstate? I see vehicles flying past them and it makes me nervous for the truck driver.

Trucking is not worth the pay, breathing diesel and def fumes, the life sacrifice commitment, or the constant compliance distractions. Trucking is for those who like being alone, driving 10hrs a day, sitting, waiting, and watching for their green light to pull out from the dock.

My niece is a flight attendant and her airline company does give her drug tests and they even check your prescription medications . So I know that company’s do that. 💙💙

We are not allowed to have listerine, or ANY product, that contains alcohol in the truck !! That is because there are those that DO ABUSE it !! Cough syrup is on that list also ! Sad that people dont know, or care, or want to drink or smoke while driving. If you do that, you deserve anything and everything you get !! Just dont take another person or family with you !!

16 hour shifts, going home at 3 am, got pulled over. Didn’t mind proving a cop wrong so I summitted. A honey bun made me blow a positive result. The sugar and the yeast was the culprit. Number was low, but indeed positive.

If you blow anything other than 0s you are getting arrested if you have a cdl for the simple fact that you can't transport alcohol in a commercial vehicle. They still count it as transporting if it's in your system.

Commercial DUI is pretty serious. It’ll get you put out of service and get your name in the clearinghouse. It needs to be conclusive or not be used at all!!

Mr. Collins, you are well aware of the DUI laws , prescribed testing time limits along with the time of your last drink. Certainly more than one roadside test before receiving a DUI.. Scientist and doctors developed the testing methods that are implemented by police. I have never heard an educated person attempt to lead people to believe that you could get a DUI from eating bread. It’s alcohol that is culprit.

Most likely it was not cleaned... And you CAN HAVE ALCOHOL... A blood test shows different and more accurate of kind of alcohol it can show different on dui test them blowing... U have . 02 to . 04 percent and not get into trouble...

F’ trucking, had workday off, left phone charging at home on accident. In this world nowadays you have to have phone chained to hip. That’s F’d up. Left to run errands that morning. Half hour of leaving house FMCSA hit me up for random. Did not know till I returned home. Out for 3 1/2 to 4 hrs. Employer turned it in. FMCSA took it as a refusal. My a**. Hell, call me in for a hair follicle, they can test my hair. That’s better testing than a urine. Now I have to go thru SAP program when I don’t drink or do drugs. F’ the FMCSA.

Employer calls letting driver know FMCSA has sent them a message, as well as the FMCSA sending driver a text. You only have 2 hours to get to clinic upon notification.
