What people are reacting to is a short video, The white truck had left side trailer brakes lock up ,,The blue truck had his brakes locked up and sliding for over 400 feet ,When you here him yell move, It was by luck the pickup moved over, Blue truck was going to slide into him, Outher trucks were braking hard behind them,one went into median knowing he was going to go through the cab of the roll over, the day before thier was 4 inches of rain ,The truck sunk before it got to the cab ,Everthing that happend that day was just luck that no one was injured or a fatalty , Ive seen this video posted on outher sites its a reminder of how lucky everyone was that day ,Im the operator and driver of the roll over

I think you are correct. They are too busy closing the few rest areas down, allowing RVs and busses to park in areas for tractor trailers. I also think it's just another way to write more citations to generate revenue for states. They need to make sure these drivers can read and comprehend English and until they do, I wouldn't allow them to drive an 80,000 LB torpedo ever.
