I’m so glad you’re doing this Anna because I’ve started running again too and I’ve found my love for it again! It’s so much different when you’re doing it to feel good and for yourself and not to earn food for aesthetic reason. Really so awesome! You go girl! omg yes!!! im agreeing so much with that when you said that running makes you care about your nutrition and body even more. it can make you see how much your body can do!!! im also balancing gym and run and yoga and everything i love!!!! in the past it woulx be ,,perfect" opportunity to lose weight, but now i just love to eat! i love how much energy i have beacuse of eating so much! love it!!!♥️♥️♥️

What really helps me stay consistent with my running is I joined an athletics association, so I run in a group on set times. The people in the group have really become my friends so it's so fun to train together!

Anna I just want to say thank you so so much for all the content you put out on all your platforms. You’ve really helped me grow and develop as a person, and I’ve been able to show so much more love and compassion to myself in the past year. I’ve recently lost my running mojo as well, but today I went on my first 10K run, ran it slowly and honestly it was my favourite run I’ve ever been on and I can’t wait to follow your running journey in the future alongside my own❤

that night time stretching looks so nourishing for the body and soul😍 how do you know where to stretch and what your body needs when you’re so sleepy?! because i always end up falling half asleep when trying to stretch at night lol

You're so inspiring I think stopping for a while and being able to start running again shows a lot of resilience I wish I was like this. I'd love to get back into my fitness era and start running also, but I get a lot of anxiety about it like people are judging me or it's bad if I have to stop. Do you have any tips to try and stop thinking like this?

Hey, I'm trying to get back into running as well! I try not to think about how others view me because I'm doing what's best for ME. Whether it's taking a hot girl walk 30 seconds after I start or pushing through the pain. Running makes me feel good and really brings out the best in me!

This is a month late but when running outside I like to run during times when I usually don’t see people outside (which I found out by walking at various times to scope it out). Another trick is to wear a university jersey or hoodie and act like I’m some athlete doing a run (even if I don’t look it haha)

So interesting... if I don’t want a steady run and want a quick or more interesting one I love an interval run so much, I love running but since recovery I don’t run before breakfast like I used to which was so easy to do without thinking but now I have to try later in day but as I enjoy it I find it relatively easy... also because like you I am learning it’s ok to slow down and not just go go go with every free moment!

i feel like running and working out has helped me eat more as a person whos suffered from anorexia for a long time and now that im working out to feel good and not as a punishment it makes me want to eat more so i perform better and feel better i look forward to running and lifting weights i look forward to that stuff now i dont dread it every single day and procrastinate it.
