Hi. I enjoy your content and continue to watch and learn and be entertained. Thanks for putting it out there. I got my first hater troll a few videos ago and declared it a win. Instead of taking down the comment or even reporting it, I just ignored it and it’s kind of a mark of achievement to me. If people don’t like what you are doing there is plenty of other content. The community that you have built and been a part of speaks volumes to your content and character. Keep it up. Thanks.

One thing I’m learning from channels just like yours and so many others, is to ignore the hate mail and comments. My belief is “jealousy” brings them out of the wood work. Can’t do good for yourself without negativity from haters.

Dan, things change, you evolve and some people don’t like that but it’s inevitable. Just carry on doing ‘your thing’ it works for most of us. You can please some of the people some of the time but you can’t please all of the people all of the time. I don’t watch the live stream as I’m in the UK and the time difference is too much for me but I wish I could. Don’t over think things, just look after you and yours.

Tell those keyboard warriors to pack sand, blow smoke etc and if they keep it up just have the mods block them. You don't need those type of people in your life. Dan, I don’t think it’s so much about you responding to comments. Everyone knows that content creators are busy. For me, I started watching your channel because you were this guy hauling wood behind a lawnmower and looking for places to find wood…woodhound. Your dad would be on videos. Down home good stuff. It was easy to pull for you to grow and succeed. Now, you are different. Corporatized. You have more wood than you know what to do with. You try to make well finished and edited videos with a small tiny bit of firewood processing and work. Totally different. It’s your channel though. I still occasionally watch at least a video now and then. But not like in the past. That said, I wish you well!

I noticed the box wedge cutting off the tail of some of the rounds. I have had the same experience with my older box wedge on a 12-22. As cool as this wedge works I really don't like how it ends up flipping the split and cutting off the end. That diesel sure does purr.

You have good content and a good channel. Don't make the mistake nearly every YT channel makes that gets popular. Nice to have followers but some commenters start thinking you owe them something, then you don't want anyone getting sore... seems like a YT channel is a big pita, but I guess revenue from it is cool.
