This is so shockingly refreshing to see Alisha lead a podcast. She’s just very level headed and clear about everything she talked about today. I listen to the podcast while I get my life together and clean, and this has been one of my favorites in a while.

What do u mean?! Alisha’s the one who talks the most. And Alisha always interrupting Remi a lot explains her ADHD. Remi had a lot going on and was catching people up on her and her family’s journey about fricken cancer , duh!

@@Soul2Seoul27 as mentioned previously I specifically said it’s refreshing because Alisha is clear headed. We all know remi has a lot going on with her life. The title is literally about adhd and Alisha’s viewing in adulthood. So this video has shown great improvement on Alisha being able to hold her own in an episode and be entertaining.

I totally resonate with what Alisha said about letting kids date. I'm Mexican and catholic, and my mom and her sisters would tell my cousins and I that we wouldn't be able to have a quince if we dated before then. Now we all have a hard time talking to guys and having any type of social interactions with people we are interested in. I will say that now that I'm older I do think they weren't being literal, but kids take anything their parents say to heart.

Just recently got medically diagnosed with ADHD and self diagnosed w Autism at 23 and it’s really made so much of my life make sense! So far it’s been very awakening, insightful, eye opening, and has brought me joy as well as some anxiety. Very healing process overall tho! Happy for you Alisha can’t wait to listen 💖

Alisha, you’ve been such a great inspiration and role model for me for the past couple months now! I’m only 22 and as the oldest of 2 and bunch of cousins I’ve never had an older sister/woman to look up to that I can relate to so much. Thank you for always being so honest and yourself. I relate to a lot of the things you’ve been through and just hearing it from someone else has been so refreshing🩷🩷

MS. ALISSHHAAA UGHHH this pod came at a time when I needed it the absolute most. Your journey through all of your mental health struggles has helped me so much in feeling like I’m not alone and you’ve gotten me hooked onto the Mel Robbins podcast (FYI would also love to see a collab one day). But, yeah, just wanted to say thank you & i love you. (and you too Rem, obviously)

Usually I relate to Remi when it comes to relationships. This episode I really related to Alisha. I’m an Aries too and I’m very headstrong and independent. When I started dating my boyfriend, I was so particular and a lot to deal with. My bf has been so patient throughout our relationship and I love him for that. So Alisha you’ll get that guy one day. Perhaps I’m outgrowing the pod but I feel like when Alisha takes control over the episode (which is fine bc sometimes they switch off) it is super repetitive and they only end up talking about things they discussed a few episodes prior. I know that the pod is based on their life but I’d like some more diversity in the topics that don’t include guests! I can only hear about her dating standards, high school ex bf, OG KZfaq, and therapy for so long!! Maybe a rebrand is in order? Note: at this point I feel like Zane Hijazi is legit who she describes when talking about the dude she wants to date

I also just received a late ADHD diagnosis and have been VERY into spirituality lately but YES shadow work is EVERYTHING! Can be very healing and hurtful but I seriously encourage everyone to do some kind of shadow work so they can connect with their inner self/child more and become so much better overall for themselves and others!!!

I definitely related to Remi I have been with my boyfriend for 3 years and now I notice when I do go to a family function alone due to his schedule everyone will ask for him. And I also worked on myself A LOT before meeting him and I still am working on me, but it did prepare me to be in a relationship. I also prayed/ manifested what I exactly manifested in a partner. Good luck Alisha and much love Remi!

Wow thank you for bringing the regret topic up cause I just had an epiphany about regretting what you did do vs feeling more regret about what you didn’t do. I could say I regret leaving my job cause I ended up at a worse one but with that regret I don’t feel remorse because I couldn’t have predicted the outcome and I made the best decision I felt at that time and thought it over. Vs something like I regret not being more conscious with a budget or not finishing school, those are things I didn’t put thought into, I just acted and those I do associate with remorse. Yes, you learn from your mistakes but there are things that can’t be done or you’ll never be in the same situation again etc.

Love this. I'm days away from celebrating my 16th anniversary with my boyfriend this September. All I gotta say is any advice I'd give is to just be there for the other and communicate. We are both independent and opposite. He would spend days with friends and family while I would stay home with our Pixie 🐶 We just fell into a routine since we've been together in high school. It's not easy but it's not hard either. You just go with it and trust it'll be loving. I already forgot how many years we've been together and I'm only 33 😂

Love this episode so much! I’m 21 and have never had a romantic relationship because like her soccer story I thought growing up that everyone was leagues ahead of me and that no one would want someone so inexperienced. That also goes on to the topic of letting middle and high school girls date because I wish I felt comfortable enough family wise to peruse romantic relationships.

This is so relatable. I'm 35 and I still feel like you where I don't even want to start something cause people have already done it, even though I know it'll make me happy. But I'm doing better with it, like I created my channel in 2011 and I'm just now posting videos cause it just makes me happy and if I can reach one mom or girl out there then I did it, im happy. I also have 2 small children and you learn and grow for them through them. Now I try to just think differently, we have this one life to live and we should all just live it to the fullest, and just be happy. Ps the deodorant works for under boobs, coming from a C cup girly, use the deodorant lol Xoxo

@@livingingratitude7377 obviously there is a deep, negative level of jealousy that isn’t normal nor good. but jealousy is a normal human reaction, as is anger and other negative emotions. i get where you’re coming from, but negative feelings are a big part of being human. trying to dehumanize negative emotions is wrong of you.
