No Mickey you misunderstood, the show ended at the end of the Allen section because technically you watched Allen the Alien not Invincible which is why he got the title card. The credits began rolling at the end like it normally does then we switched to the guardians working out, the normal post credit scene was just extended to the rest of the episode

In the first season, Allen scenes where mostly comical in nature up until the epilogue, which still had some pallette cleansing levity. Here, he is given dramatic weight and a backstory, thus much more to work with

I just realized what invincible is doing. Do you remember back when we used to watch shows on Disney Channel and they were 15 minute episodes back to back and that was the half hour. Invincible is doing the exact same thing but making hour-long episodes with two half hour episodes.

The mid-season break has nothing to do with the writers/actors strike. Suraj has no idea how animation production schedules work. The writing, voice acting & animation were all completed months ago. Possibly even over a year ago. I hate it when the Normies just make stuff up.

In season 1 it was said that Mark's human genes are gone because the Viltrumite genes are that pure and so he's now full Viltrumite.

It was hard seeing how Debbie got treated by the guy from the support group but I can only blame him so much. He likely questions whether she was truly unaware of Omni-man's nature. Even still, it's very raw for him and to have someone so closely tied to the source of your grief is tough. It goes to show how much Nolan really messed up everyone's lives.

It was a good choice to show us this story before the reveal at the end. During the next episode, all I could think about was “there’s no fucking way Earth will ever forgive Omniman for what he did.” Even if he saves Earth, I don’t think the victims could possibly move on from the pain Omniman caused them.

We did see that the bugs have some kinda shape shifting or illusory capability earlier with the seance dog thing, so I’m still not convinced that it’s really him. If it is him though, my guess is that this is him attempting to use this bug world as some sort of example of what earth could be like under viltrumite rule in order to try and convince mark to let earth be conquered.

There was a point in season 1 where omni-man says something like "it would have been easier if mark never got his powers". So he was probably just taking a 50 to 100 year vacation, and eventually would have taken over earth once his wife and kid died.

I recall Nolan saying that viltrumite dna is so pure that even with mark only technically being half viltrumite he’s still nearly full blooded (so I’d guess around 90% viltrumite.) based on that I don’t see Mark gettin any buffs from being half human like a Sayain would in dbz.

We have already seen the results of his human heritage: empathy. Both his upbringing and the fact that he lived 17 years as a normal human allowed him to properly care for people naturally instead of the detached tendencies of Viltrumites without outside influences

I hope Allen isnt dead, i never read the comics, but in the backstory, he fought and lost against viltrumites, it seemded like 1 time, but it was said he wasnt stronger than a single viltrumite, so it makes me believe he fought and "died" multiple times, maybe its something the scientist did and he can comeback even with out medical attention?

Nolan said in season 1 that even though Mark is technically "half" human, on a genetic level he's like 99.99% Viltrumite. Because Viltrumite genes are so strong. They basically override the genes of anyone they reproduce with.
