So glad you mentioned Al kimel. I have followed you(Kevin) for years and much help at JJ's but saw Al when you had us show our hats and he was wearing the hat of my dreams. He just thanked me for the complement and gave me the info if I wanted to order one. What a gentleman, confident and so happy to see him in this group. Probably so many people like that in this group. I'm so happy to see your success from all your teaching and support, Kevin. You have given and taught so many of us all about hats. What a group! Thanks Kevin.! This has been such a win for me when I needed it years ago and continues to inspire me each and every day. Again thank you for what you have created. A Winner

Great site Kevin. I’ve learned so much but still getting into hats. Only have a few. Still trying to find a look. Bought a Stetson Boseman and a Stetson Limestone (straw). Still looking.

You look like you could be related to singer, songwriter and musician Bobby Caldwell from his earlier years in 1979. He also loved his Fedora’s !!

Guess I haven't been keeping up with your channel. Stopped by JJ Hats last week and inquired about you & a few others which I was given the news of just about everyone's departure there. Vibes were definitely not the same there. Will have to tune in more to your channel best of luck!!

Thank you. Spot on with the Akubra's, I have an Overseer that was a daily work hat and is probably close to twenty years old and still like a board after few re shaping's. Looking to get away from the western look now though.

Your passion for hats is infectious! I've sported baseball caps for a decade and a half, but your videos have sparked my interest in exploring different styles. I'm on the hunt for a Harris Tweed Newsboy cap, as you've mentioned they complement those with broad shoulders and, if I'm not mistaken, oval faces too?

When you say 4 inch crown, 4 1/2inch crown, etc-do you mean the front of the crown, or the side? Thanx. Loved this video.

Hey Kevin, are you gonna be able to add some nice white Panama hats to your selections there for the warmer weather coming up?….👍🏻 maybe something like a Borsalino…. I’d like something in a 2 1/2 inch brim.

Kevin, you should do a second's run. Felt with minor flaws. Special liner that states that it is a second with 100.00 of the standard price. It could be a way to get more wear out of your brand. Nitch market maybe. Just a thought.

Hat companies actually use those damaged bodies for various things. To show a client a sample of a bow, crown, band or brim..they use damaged bodies..I wanted to see which teardrop crown looked best for my Galaxie and they would make up a sample for me,using bodies with flaws etc.. I know they use them for a lot of things
