You don't have to dump wine you only cook with! Pour leftover wine into ice cube trays, freeze, then store in a zip lock bag or airtight container(vacuum sealing works great too!) in the freezer. They should last about 6 months in zip lock or containers, and up to 18 months in vacuum sealed bags.

For that pothos plant! Cut the longer sections shorter then pop them a cup/vase/whatever of water. They'll grow new roots and you can repot them :) They are thankfully one of those plants that you can keep snipping parts off and rooting

I treated myself to an electric throw this year. It’s a game changer. I used to rely on hot baths in the winter, but I also have dry skin…so that many baths was hard on my skin. The blanket saved my skin this winter.

You might be having an issue with the wine if you use an instant pot. The alcohol has to evaporate off, so if its contained it might just be condensing back into the food. I'm not sure about the science because I am no scientist. Just a thought!

I’ve made that beef stew recipe and it’s sooo wine-y. I ended up adding more tomato paste to kind of calm the wine taste down and it worked well!

You most likely won’t see this, but I highly recommend the canopy humidifier!! It’s the absolute best - it has replaceable filters and can be put in the dishwasher to clean it. I have mold issues/issues keeping it clean or cleaning it with other humidifiers, but not this one!

some, yes! we knew about the electric panel, the heat/ac & the plumbing! but the house was built in 1940 so pretty much everything is old! the moisture/mold happened bc of the intense rain which we’ve never head before- so the inspection wouldn’t have anticipated it! and the gas leak was a hookup issue & deff should have been caught in the inspection, but alas it wasn’t lol
