Last year I hit a low point that wasn't getting better. When I came across this vlog just watching Annika handle every day tasks and deal with the unexpected was actually so calming and motivating. I really appreciated how she cooked every meal for herself and that inspired me towards better self care. I'm in a better headspace now and still watching every vlog. I'm excited to see these new cooking segments that are on the way. Thanks, Annika, for helping in unexpected ways..Btw my niece loved her stickers and scrunchies from the shop 💖

Happy New Year! Glad you tried out the vision board thing! I've been doing one for years with magazines and pictures and words. If i stare at it for longer than 5 seconds it's meant to be cut out. Then once the poster board is full i am able to assign a word of the year to live by for that year! This year is Glow, last year was bloom and i was beyond successful with it! Seeing it and saying the word really does something to your day to day! I've never done digital though! Cheers to it being successful!!

Here's a tip for the plant situation: either put water in the outer pot and let the plant soak up as needed or water the plant in the plastic one it came in and let it completely drain in the sink. you can also use something like chopsticks and poke the soil to get some air in there and help reduce the chance of it getting moldy. I know you can do this girl!! i have a monstera (one of the ones you have) and they're good on one watering day a week. But having a schedule also helps too. And wiping down the leaves every once in a while is good too ❤ I hope this helps you on your plant endeavors. ❤

Hey Annika!! 😊 Ive got tips from one struggling plant mum to another; When re-potting into a pot that has a drain hole, add medium sized pebbles at the bottom of the soil to help drain water evenly and prevent buildup at the bottom 🌸
