@@supershiny98 true but that’s a very small minority of people. Skipping out on college only works if you have an extreme hunger to make something happen or you’re already very well off. College can certainly help place you on the right track, IF you use it correctly

Elliot, I'll be brutally honest with you. This is by far my favorite video since you left college. I subbed to you back when you were still a junior at Vandy because you were a role model for me - you were productive and got sh*t done and it was apparent in your videos. After you graduated and moved to NYC, your videos became more 'standard.' A lot of them became you just riding around the city on your boosted to go and meet friends. Your videos lost that productive touch that drew me in in the beginning. This video was a breath of fresh air - a return to Elliot being Elliot, instead of just being lost in the background noise of KZfaq. Keep being the motivated and productive person you are and make videos about it!

@nonebeach don’t be so fucking dense, productivity doesn’t end after college. I love Elliot’s videos but it’s true, he always says he’s busy but rarely shows those parts in his vlogs. At least for me I would love if Eliot would show more of that side of KZfaq and being an influence instead of just hanging with friends around NYC.

Hey Elliot! Been a subscriber since 2019. I stumbled on you at a time in my life when I was unsure of where I was supposed to be-insecure, directionless, and depressed. I felt like I was going nowhere with my career goals especially being out of university. Your content at that point in my life gave me the much needed motivation and self awareness to keep going. I'm now working my dream job as an animator (made the leap of faith and moved to Vancouver from Toronto around the same time you were making your videos on taking risks) and I owe a small part of that to you and the work you do. You probably don't see it but in the small ways of what you're doing, it's helping people dream for themselves. Hope that could keep you motivated in the days when it's tough be affirmed in what you're doing and who you are. Just thought you should know that. Rooting for you dude! 🤘 PS. Loved this video. Definitely was a throwback. Didn't know you were a Catholic, could definitely relate with what you were saying about faith. Took a lot of searching but being a practicing Catholic and knowing it in a deeper way beyond what I grew up with has definitely played an immense part in my journey. Keep going Elliot! 💯

Thank you for this video! It came at the perfect time because this morning was when I decided to start manifesting and journaling for the first time. I can tell good things are coming and I’m going to use the tips you said to help with this journey. I’ve seen so many people on the internet feeling loss and low on energy and I’m one of them! I was/am lost about my journey as a creator and as just a normal human but things will get better. This is not the end of the road. Thank you for the “rant” you are amazing!

I feel like so many of us are at a time where we feel lost and things are so uncertain. The things I have to keep in mind is that uncertainty isn’t permanent, and finding ways to bring excitement to your life will make it that much brighter. Working on myself these past few years I’m just making things more about me and less about others. Sometimes being selfish and really focusing on our mental health is what’s most important. Thank you so much for this Elliot. I’ve been watching your videos ever since and yes this has been the longest talk and just sitting down and share your thoughts and what you learned. It wasn’t a rant at all it was a life hack and will definitely be useful. Again, thank you! ❤️

Hey Elliot thank you for sharing the things you've done and learned to help get yourself back in track and feeling more motivated. I've been feeling lost in my life but I'm trying to figure out ways to be productive so I can keep working towards my goals. After hearing your thoughts I might start reading rather than listening to audiobooks. Love your vids man, hope to see you someday!

Thanks, Elliot! This video was very helpful for me at the moment. I really needed to hear these exact words from somebody. I've been doing these things literally minus the books and I didn't know if it was effective and it really was! You are really amazingggg ❤️❤️ Luv ya! 😘

Thank you, Elliot! This video was exactly what I needed right now. I’m in a very similar situation compared to your situation in winter of 2020 / spring 2021 since I’m about to finish college and literally don’t know what to do with my life after graduation. I’m having so many plans and ideas that I’m slightly feeling overwhelmed by them. Your video just brought light into my tunnel of very low motivation and inspired me. Thank you for that. And you: keep going! I believe you have great relationships and a very clear mindset that will get you back on track. As you just showed. Greetings from Sankt Augustin, Germany. ☺️ Cathy

Hi Elliot, I've been watching your videos ever since you dropped the day in the life of the Vanderbilt one haha. Watching you chase your dreams wsa one of the hugest reasons why I moved to NYC after graduation and here's the receipt that we're going to collab someday. Loved this honest and raw video and it's doing more for a lot more people than you think.
