It is actually so refreshing to see content that is honest because not everyone has everything together all the time and goes to the gym and takes care of themselves as consistently as they want to. It IS hard to make a lot of changes and it’s okay to take it one step at a time. Thank youuu❤️❤️

Ava, you inspire me so much to get my life together. I am a very routine type of person. In the summer, my routines are good because I don't have nearly as much stress, because I'm not in school, and I'm with my family. But when I moved back to school and I get so stressed, I get back into my old not so good routine's. I take care of myself from an academic standpoint, but I am a mess outside of that. So here's to forming new good routine's to go alongside my good academic routines. Keep up the great work Ava!

8:08 The topic is clear vacuum collector’s. In Maine if it’s spring time in the Pine tree woods, you can expect to vacuum up yellow pollen that floats invisibly in through your open windows. My vac will show a distinct line of yellow as it settles in the container.

Baking sourdough is sooo much fun and some work but once you perfect it it’s extremely cheap compared to buying it! Highly recommend. I also love the feeling of making my own bread - I feel proud of myself :,)

I feel the hair everywhere struggle... It got to the point now where I only have my hair down if I'm leaving my house! I even sleep with a low and loose ponytail and then during the day its either in a braid, bun or in a hair claw! 🙃

Hey, I just thought I should share that if you ever leave a load of laundry in the washer to put like cap full of vinegar (I know it sounds weird but trust me) on the load then wash again. My mom taught me it and it works really well
