I'm 14 and I have goals that people would call crazy, I started watching Tam in march 2023 and HONEY, the amount of progress I have made personally is crazy, thank you for that, however, no matter how hard I try, I always find it sooo hard to stick with my goals, I get unbelievably overwhelmed when I think of my goals, especially them being so competitive, even if I break the goals down I still find it very hard to stick to them, Tam pleaseeeee help.

Hi! My name is Alice and I came across your comment perhaps with certain answers you could use. First of all, learn to ignore those people if it is something you're not doing, that can be a huge barrier that sometimes goes unnoticed. I recommend the book Atomic Habits by James Clear, there is so much to learn about habits but a few words right now: break the habits down and first, prioritise some. Once you are done with that and they are automatic, stack on more. Example: After this habit, i will always do this one. That way after completing the automatic habit, you remember the new one. I also recommend getting some cues to set your mood, for example a little light you light up always when you study/study something specific that you never light up for something else. I also recommend to try meditation, that honestly helps with anything there could be. And if you can, schedule your habits in time so it does not get messed up. Creating a habit takes approximately 21 days, bulding a new lifestyle about 90. Wishing luck on who you're becoming!!

dear tam, i discovered ur channel about a year ago but ever since, I have literally transformed my life.. so, first of all, thank you so so so much for that. I'm only 15 but I'm honestly really glad that I'm inculcating these beautiful habits in me (I've learnt all of them from you).. these past few days, I've been waking up late and that ULTIMATE perfect morning routine of mine has just disappeared into thin air.. seeing you show those times when you wake up late (but still manage to make it productive) just tells me that we're all human and such things happen.. lastly, there's a thin silver lining to saving a half wasted day and that is knowing that ur younger self wouldn't have done this.. but YOU did it.. I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to see you share this. I think so many of us tend to envision that once we hit a certain point of “having it together” that we won’t ever fall off track again and everything will be good from then on, and that until then we haven’t really “made it”. I’m slowly learning that it’s a lot more about just getting back on track faster when I do fall off than anything else. It’s great to someone who is successful and thriving show what that looks like, too.
