Hi, seattlite here. You must take the water taxi over to Alki beach. Eat lunch at Marination Ma Kai, then take the scooters or walk over to the main strip. Best views of Seattle and surrounding islands!

Great vlog! I saw you clarify in a comment the furniture/part time living situation. With the Seattle home being a bit empty now, are you going to go ahead with the kitchen updates while in PS? I love your Seattle house! I have the opposite problem to many - I hate the hot weather, I'm always waiting for fall and the cozy days lol. I get sad when summer starts getting near. The PNW definitely seems to be more my speed climate wise. I look forward to the next vlog!

I'm in Seattle currently and got caught in the rain that came in. I love how the area is so green and actually love the cooler weather at the moment. I'm tired of seeing the yellow hills in California most of the year 😅

I was kinda disappointed in that (little?) comment…remembering plenty of Shelby’s solo PS vlogs, etc. How many times can Shelby point out what a favor it was (without still getting hit over the head for it)? Shelby would NEVER do that…or at least would’ve added “but it’s ok” (& mention a reason why it’s was ok). [btw I grew up with a score-keeping sister & wasn’t till later I found out HOW much she was toxically “hunting” for leverage….because truthfully, her whole 50+ life is everyone-else taking things off her plate.] (& that dynamic was created through my mom) I promise, Monica, fight that urge ✌️❤.

FYI in the late 1980s, in my early 20s, I used to load the trucks for UPS from 3:00 am to 7:00am. Every three weeks, I needed to buy new leather work gloves. the gloves' fingertips would get full of holes ( yup leather or any other, I tried all the brands). Cardboard, indeed, is rough on the hands.

medium to high bun is better, but low bun would work better if u just let out two front pieces instead of bringing too much volume to the front. so a more slicked back low bun and a messy voluminous med/high bun 🫶🏻

I used to build models out of basswood for architecture school and my hands would get SO DRY! I had to used the thick medicated hand cream just to get through finals week. 😩

I had a feeling after your sister announced her move and your parents now being down in Cali that it would make sense for you to go as well. I loved your townhome soooo much, it was adorable.
