Please people stay away from veneers . What she wasnt told is that her teeth are nownshaved down to tinybthin pointy sticks ans they are fragile. Veneers have tonbe redone EVERY TEN YEARS or those thin pointy sticks will get weak and anhthing can make them fragile. If you break your veneers you HAVE NO TEETH. YOU ARE TOOTHLESS. I cant stress how many 30 some year olds are now wearing dentures. Stay away from veneers it is not a good future with them . With my veneers, medications made them weaken my teeth and since theh are shaved down to nothing..... no teeth. Veneers will be your worst nightmare in 10 to 15 years or if you break your tooth stubs

Replace the fence with something for more privacy.I can see a good oppurtunity for you to become the local flipper realotor ,the more homes added to the area the less the wind will be harsh because more building buffer the winds flow.
