Well with bakery clerk in New York you had to know how to bake and have skills for that

They took like a day or two. Nit that long. But if you calling and they not responding show up at the store and speak to the manger or HR. that actually happened to me and the manager led me to the HR. and I got right in the next orientation.

Yes I actually did that as well. I was able to transfer from cashier to that. I actually killed it better

Same process . You just dealing more with people. Calling them if they don’t put substitutes. Making sure if they item not there you call them to let them know and they can decide and if they want to add things you speaking to them. So it’s more personal interactions. Well that’s how it is in New York

I believe it’s the standard one though. If anything. But now I’m questioning drug testing because of weed is legal and that’s what I know they will be looking for does it make sense to deny a person a job because they smoke.

I’m in the process of getting on at the one in laffyette Louisiana they told me I got a drug screen I have to do but the Manager seem cool but I guess that’s a new requirement

keke sweeny orientation is hands on! Well mines was and yes there are other people there. Everyone may be from different departments though you won’t be there with people just from your department. Basic learning about the store and getting your shirts badges and schedule for training

Is it like a scrimage? Like for example they like tell people to go home and some to come back and work? Im nervous i do not have any experience and idk what to expect or do. My orientation is for 7 hrs idk what they are going to do. And they told me to bring my pen

keke sweeny I never heard of a 7 hour orientation smh that’s crazy. But nah it actually goes pretty fast depending on the HR

i know, its a very long time. and did u guys just only watch videos at the orientation if so what else did you guys do? and was it hard? And at training did you find it hard ? can they fire you if you dont get it quick at training? lol sorry for asking so much questions im so nervous and idk what to expect.
