Not for me, made it more confusing. he said a positive thrust will pull to right side passengers. My Jeep has a positive thrust and it pulls left like a crazy person

@@alexsimon915 Let me see if I can clear it up.... The thrust ANGLE is the direction that the REAR wheels are driving the rear axle. If the THRUST angle is positive and pushing the REAR of the car to the right, the FRONT of the car will be PUSHED to the LEFT. Thus, to remain in your lane, you will have to turn the steering wheel to the RIGHT to counteract the thrust angle effects. You will ALWAYS have to turn the wheel to the side that the rear thrust angle is inclined to maintain directional control.

Make sure the axle is straight under the vehicle - if it has leaf springs look for a sheared leaf spring center bolt. If it has coil springs look for bent suspension parts.

@@McCuistian thanks for the prompt reply, the thrust was out from day 1 brand new car (LC200 2020) from the dealer, I have been told many times that it is normal for the car follow the road until I watched your email and challenged them, dealer admitted the thrust line is out but they don’t seem to know how to rectify it. So that I am wondering if there is a fix to keep the car and steering wheel straight without having to rectify the thrust line. cheers

@@yangwu2156 It would seem that there is something that can be done - I'd get a second opinion from a well-equipped and busy tire and front end shop. If you do, let me know what they say.

@@yangwu2156 a thrust angle is most likely to have been caused by an impact or collision. The rear axle and associated componentry were jarred by an impact that created the angle.
