all depends on service. i go where they know men and take care of men. why i order red river paper for photo. do same for watches. also have 4 place to get camera gear too. i used people that take care of me and product they sell.

If $500 makes a difference to a buyer on a 20-30K watch that they love and want, they are over extended. I’d much rather buy from someone I know and trust and pay $500 more.

Hey guys, just giving some honest feedback. There is no doubt a dark cloud hanging over your business from a certain former business associate. I highly recommend you guys put out content that is overlooked by your legal team that addresses the issue head on and gives your customers confidence that the issues happened after the split and not while you were partners or after. Just continuing as if nothing happened adds an ambiguity that I know gives me personal pause and may drive viewers/customers away.

Assuming I only buy from reputable sellers, you are not the only one. And with all things being equal: dealer, warranty, shipping--I would buy $500 less as you are not differentiating yourself. Again, you asked a hypothetical, and my hypothetical is that you are not the only seller who offers the other "value adds" that you do--there are 4 others I know who do the same.
