Only closure people really need is "things happened, can't have effect on it anymore, so why to bother". This is how I deal with situations. Things happen and if you can't easily have any easy meaningful way to deal with it, you might as well brush it off and be done with it never to be bothered again.

Instead of OP trying to get “answers” from his ex-gf he should just move on. The gf’s making it perfectly clear that she wants NOTHING to do with him, yet he’s repeatedly trying to reach out to her. Be like Elsa & let it go b/c all you’re doing is obsessing over someone who wants nothing to do with you.

Yeah, im gonna say leave her alone. The EX pushed OP away and doesn't want to be found, if that's how she's gonna screw him over after 8 years, fuck her. It will be a long road for OP but it's better to leave this chapter of your life closed and start the process on mouring the loss of the relationship and move on.

Let's say she wants to spare OP from making a bad decision. Still, OP IS THE ONE PAYING FOR IT!!! FFS, that girl has so many red flags now that I almost started marching. I hope OP grows a pair and leaves her. She doesn't seem stable. This was both infuriating and interesting. Waiting for an update.

she's either lying bout everything or she has borderline personality disorder. i once dated a girl like this. she would say she loves me and all that crap. then she wud get cold and distant and not talk to me at all. then she wud revert back. we got back together a total of 4times. she dumped me the last time on her bday and left me. it was Jan 20th, 2024 at 10:35am on a Saturday morning. I had my physics exam on Monday and I barely passed. Prior to this at 12:00 am I sent her a long 2 para text telling her how much she meant to me and all I got was a "Thank you myname". My bday was on 18th and she just have me a short wish. So I was admittedly hurt after all this. But point is people like them don't need a reason to be horrible to you. They'll just do it coz they feel like it. there's no closure. You don't get closure with people like this. All u can do is move on and not look back. block them. People like this aren't worth your time. I hope OP gets pass this and heals
