The plug in our bathroom stopped working; join me as I troubleshoot and eventually replace it. Note I refer to it as a GFI (Ground Fault Interrupter) plug-in the video instead of the more common GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) term. The terms are interchangeable.
I originally installed the wires backwards (mixing up line and load) and corrected it in the video. If you are taking on this project, take care to keep them correct. You are also working with 120VAC power in a bathroom environment; be careful! Always ensure you have the correct breaker off when doing work on electrical components! 120VAC can kill you!
