GFriend wasn't the first k-pop group I met, but it was the reason I stayed. Their music has served me throughout my life, inspiring me. At first I was confused about them but once I appreciated their style, it became so easy for me to enjoy their musical signature and it's amazing how they always have a way of reaching people through their lyrics. While many people say that this year's changes shaped GFriend for the better, I am proud and in love with their past and of all they have done. Whatever they decide to try I will love it and support it. Also, the members are charismatic, talented, cute, and you can tell they love each other. Their music, their performance, are unlike the others i found comfort and strength listening to their music. "You Are Not Alone", "Better Me", "Night Drive", "Mermaid", and a lot more. I feel like the lyrics are made with so much emotions, they had me bawling :'D . They have to promote their group in the road cause of limited money, using umji grandma's house to take mv scene on me gustas tu, and taken many criticisms from spicy korean comments.. They are rich now because of their talent, not their company.. And, if we talk about their music, grammy museum know well better than me.. And, many fans amaze with their dance skill too.. Sowon : " it is imperative to get out from comfort zone". I totally agree sometimes we dont want to try something new not only in the music but also in our live because we feel comfortable in our zone, if we try to get out from our zone we always think " are people accept us??" or " everything gonna be alright if we get out from our zone? Buddy since debut - this really made my heart fill with love and pride for GFriend, it's so good to see them on a show like this. They are Koreas national treasure as they embody the best of all things, too bad the country hasn't realized this yet.

You know why they deserved this kind of recognition, because we need an exposure of a gp that having an organic success in this music industry that full of toxicity and unfairness. And Gfriend is one of the group that fit the criteria very well, they're the truly definition of "from zero to hero" and "from nobody to somebody". They show us what life is. When some people keep dragging them down, their success being turned down by this music industry itself, some called them flop since debut for having "that kind" of concept, having struggle in chart manipulation, facing a double standard. Yet after all they clapback with their own way, their sincerity in making music, and their own shadows to make some feel afraid to admit their successful when they are actually having one leg on top. For me, they're actually on the top. Keep going Gfriend you guys have done so well.

I know they're people like us too, but for someone who achieved great success at an early age, what they have shared is very humbling. They are not blinded by the light. They may seem a lil bit shy or more formal which I deem appropriate in this interview. (as a buddy I've seen how crazy they are hehe) But you can always feel their warmth and sincerity. They are the right kind of mix, the right balance. Not clout chaser, not striving for perfection but giving above quality music and entertainment for someone who's looking for it. And that's us buddies. It's touching that they're doing it all for themselves and for their buddies. Self love and fan love wins.

i genuinely love and look up to gfriend and it makes me emotional seeing them at this point. a lot of artists and fans emphasize the wins or the numbers behind a group and while that's an admirable thing to have, it's definitely not all there is to the industry nor the artistry of music. i feel like gfriend is a testament to that ;; while yes, they are quite high in numerical value with wins and views and all, there's something charming and unique that's so obviously gfriend that no one else can ever touch, yk? i cant think of any artists who's music i attach myself too as much as gfriend. they're genuinely hardworking and passionate and that sincerity seeps through every song and dance and video they make. they're my role models and they always will be :D it's also a notable thing how kind and genuine they are. they worked from nothing to become one of the most popular girl groups in sk and i've never felt once that they've lost their humility or humanity. they're doing what they love and it's so evidently clear that this is the path meant for them. fated to meet and debut together, and fated to change the lives of buddies and the course of the kpop industry. long sappy comment that just brushes over my love for gfriend but yeah :) they're amazing women
