If I tag socials, then this should be done for ALL players (without a single exception), and not just for one person. Socials of some players can not be found (players with default nicknames, some Asian players, etc). I am convinced that it's extremely dishonest to tag contacts of few people and not to tag all the rest, so there will be no social links in description.

amazing skills by both players! though i don t think a fighting game should have a full health damage combo, it does not feel fair to get killed from 1 single counter, especially when the combat is so fast

touch-of-deaths are fine if they fit the environment, tbh. in strive's case the developers wanted to make games feel tense without feeling like you had to invest several thousand hours to get good. the result is easily-accessible high damage. which - given strive's more restrained neutral/offense compared to xrd/acpr - is honestly fine.\ also in this specific case, totsu (colour #13 sol) had about 60% positive risc when he got hit. risc affects damage scaling, with positive risc (i.e. what you see on the little purple bar) reducing the damage scaling of combos. so basically, totsu took full, unscaled damage on the first 5-6 hits of that combo, including an unscaled heavy volcanic viper. you can see the first half of the combo wiped out around 65% of his health, while the last part (after the risc gauge depleted) did much less. had he not had that much risc buildup, the combo wouldn't have killed him.

@@gingerqueer22 after playing the game more this past weeks I do appreciate this combo more :) it happens very rarely too, even in pro matches, and not all characters can do this. Maybe Sol, Slayer, Potemkin :)

A reminder to Strive players that GG Strive has not been a competitive game for 3 years. The whole meta in this game is cheap brainrot gorillas or broken characters with autopilot mode for 3 seasons in a row. Balance simply doesn't exist. Gorilla STRIVE- shame of gg series. Absolutely trash. I just can’t believe that after the virtuoso and deep acp and xrd they released this garbage (: One cannot but rejoice at the attitude of the community on youtube, x or subreddit, where they mock the Millia players who were destroyed in the public for two punches. Indeed, it is decent behavior for the Strive Community to mock those who are trying to learn a character who is not in the meta. Nothing new. This game hit rock bottom for 3 seasons in a row. I hope the 4th and final season of this zoo will make this game even more absurd than ever. I hope people remember Strive as the most ridiculous game in the series (:
