WHAT? Ghana was an extremely tough opponent. The hardest for Germany alongside Spain. Serbia had major luck. But how can you say Germany was bad in the 2010 WC? :D They were arguably the best team and scored 5 more goals than the 2nd highest scoring team in that tournament. Germany had 3 games where they scored 4 goals and 1 where they scored 3. Hardly bad! :D

I was there and the funny thing is that I actually think that was Ghana's best performance. The German goalie made some key stops. It was one of those things.

@@danyalparacha1761 “islamist dictator” might be too much, Turkey isnt Saudia Arabia after all, however you have to admit he has steered Turkey closer to authoritarianism with some of his actions like arresting journalists and purging people as well as moves to limit Turkey’s extremely important secularism. As for Ozil he never played badly for Germany, even in 2018 he was one of their most effective players in a highly ineffective side. Though I was a fan of his when he played football sometime after 2014-2016 it did start to feel like he viewed his homeland as Turkey instead of the place he was born an raised with quotes like he would pray in Turkish during the German national anthem.... i mean that does sort of hint to where his mind was at. I dont agree with very much Erdogan does but i wont call him a dictator until he's proven himself to be one, Ozil it seems will stand by the man no matter what, i think thats what the op was suggesting

Ghana played well. I'm proud of them. However, Germany was the better side and deserved to win. I wish Ghana had beaten Uruguay, not because I dislike Uruguay but because they deserved to win at the end of extra time, but Suarez cheated and stole a clear Ghana victory. From a German fan.
