आपने बताया कि 10×10= 100फीट का रूम है 37फुट स्काटिंग हुई यानि कि कुल 137 फुट एरिया , 137×14 =1918 रूपए बने न कि 1400 , और कमरे में कौन ढलान देता है ,अगर कमरे में ढाल दिया जाए तो बैड और दरवाजा में दिक्कत होती है , और सिमेट की 2.5 बोरी लगेगी ,कागज पर लकीर खींचने में और उसे अमली जामा पहनाने में बहुत अंतर है । सिर्फ लाईक पाने के लिए किसी को गुमराह न करें , एक बुजुर्ग हे वो कहते है कि ये आर्किटेक्ट लोग लकीर के फकीर होते हैं ,अपने अनुभव से ।

Sir skirting ki feet kya labour cost mein include nahi honge. Skirting aur room ko milakar 115sqf ke aas pas ki value thi. But at the end of the video you only calculated labour cost of floor work only.
