In this video, I am sharing my very easy, effective, healthy, and balanced low-calorie diet plan to lose weight fast. You can eat everything but in moderation, and lose weight. This weight loss diet chart along with my fat-burning drinks or combo might exactly be what you need to give your metabolism a boost and reduce weight faster. This homemade mixture which is made up of all-natural ingredients (chia seeds, herbs, cinnamon,) with warm water will make you feel full faster, your skin will look clear, your craving for sweets and desserts will decrease, your clothes will fit you better, suppressing your appetite, and gives your weight loss plan a boost and surely help you lose weight faster, especially belly fat or tummy fat and thigh fat. You do not have to take unhealthy weight loss pills, liposuction, or any other beauty treatment or procedure. The feeling of fullness leads to a lower calorie intake and thus, weight loss in a healthy way! This anti-obesity plan has a balanced diet chart and has protein, carbohydrates, fruits, vegetables, and dairy products may reduce your weight 1 to 2 pounds a week and 12 kg in 3 months easily, but only when used as part of a balanced diet and exercise. Every year before summer starts I make a balanced healthy diet in which I can eat everything and yet manage to lose weight without gym. This is actually a lifestyle change. But the hardest thing about this temporary diet is that it needs motivation to last long and make it a habbit. I always do this diet but give up around fall/winter. Again I start between Spring/Summer. So this diet plan of Ghazal works if you maintain a healthy lifestyle even with less physical activity. My goal for this year is to make this diet a lifestyle and not stop when I lose weight.

She's exactlyyyy right and giving the true,authentic and updated information coz According to the Harvard Medical School, the least number of calories that one can consume a day while trying to lose weight is 1,200 a day for women and 1,500 a day for men. Everyone on yt was only directing to eat "THIS MUCH OR THAT MUCH" no one directed like u ghazal. I will definitely follow this. I'm not in a hurry up to lost weight. Will love to lost weight within 3 to 4 months as my body accepts the amount of food I'm eating or reducing. 💗

Loved the video .... After doing gm diet nd many. More fancy ones I understood that for long term u need to have patience nd lose upto 2-3 kgs in one month only...

Yeah...give it a try...that's the best approach...eating portion controlled diet...i've done the same for the past 10 years..n i manage to maintain my weight..
