This is “Mysore burfi”. Mysore pak has air pockets, and has two colors(dark on the inside and light on the outside). This is because several steps were not followed. It cannot be made by just throwing in everything all at once in the pot.

If you need to have a Krishna sweets style ghee mysore pa, add milk powder as well. I made with 1/4cup of besan floor + 3/4 cup of milk powder.

It's ghee Mysore Pak....so ghee is required in large quantity....you can try normal Mysore Pak without ghee too
